Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Returns:

All products are made to order and produced individually after a purchase is placed. Because of this, returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

Defective Goods:

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a free replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. You do not need to return the damaged product.

If the same issue affects multiple products with the same design, a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame will be required for confirmation.

Please note: For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement. Minor variations in print location are not considered defects.

Failed Delivery:

If delivery fails due to customer error (such as an incorrect shipping address or failure to receive the package), you may request a reprint at your own expense. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

If delivery fails due to a carrier error or another issue beyond the customer’s control, please contact us. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

Returns are not accepted for custom or personalized products, hygiene-related items such as socks or underwear, or due to customer error in selecting the wrong size or color.

Refund Timelines and Processing:

Return issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Once we review your claim, we will notify you of the outcome within 7 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
